Break

After the exam, i have almost two weeks for the break. I hope that i can effectively use my time. I got a really big stomach during the time when i in here. I expect that i can insist on doing exercise. Also, i encourage myself watching English webs everyday to improve my English.

childhood

There are many differences between my parents' childhood and mine. It is easy to discriminate from transportation, food, and amusement. The transportation has a huge progress during these years. The only advance transportation for my parents is buses. The facility and the routs for the bus are much worse than now. I think the inferior transportation is the reason cause the different amusement.

love

Love is an amazing thing. We can't live without it. When you have a crash on someone, you will looking forward to having something between both of you. I prefer love at the sight. I can feel the chemical changing in my mind.

the reason

This semester is goning to be finished pretty soon. And three months later, i can come back. However, i ask myself, do i have a big progress on learning English? Many people had same dream as me before came here. We thought that studing abroad can improve English very quickly, and can speak English fluently. Speaking frankly, it is not easy to make native friends. Therefore, International students usually make friends who from the same country. That's why we lost many opportunities to practice English.

Mistake

A friend who really relies on you, and told you a secret. The simple thing that you need to do is don't say any words and make it lie. However, how stupid am i that i told to my friend by accident. Moreover, my friend is as stupid as me that she told to somebody. As the result, many people know the secret. I am very regret now and hope the time can goes back. I have no way to blame my friend for telling somebody. I did the mistake, too. I really hope he can give me another chance to forgive me, and i don't want something can ruin our friendship. But it moght be too late to think about it.

friendship

I saw a movie called "when Harry met Sally" in my oral class. It is a lovey movie. The first they know each other is on their way to New tork. After they chatting for a while, both of them know they are totally different type of person. Harry doesn't think men and women can be friend if the women is attractive. Men usually want to have sex with women. However, Sally considers that men and women can be friend. Talking about the friendship between men and women, I agree with Sally. Is that ture the men only think about having sex with a woman? I have many boy friends they probably don't want have sex with me. It is mean that i am not attractive?

Dream

Sometimes, i might wonder what am i going to do after i graduated from school. It is a tough problem for me to think about it. There are many dreams flash into my mind. Like, having an hotel, being a designer, or taking over my mom's business. Students also have a thought that being a students is very tired. However, when you finding a job or start working, you will realize that how tired are they. They need to face the stress, undergo the inevitable competations with others. That's why we need to treasure the time that being a student.

Teeth

Two weeks before, I realizes that i got the teethache, and really hurts me. Sometimes, it was too hurt for me to sleep. My mom have spend so much money on my teeth since grow up. Like wearing brace, the money to fix the hole. Teeth are important, without them, you have no chance to eating those delicious food.

The city that i live

I would like to introduce mt country: Taiwan. Taiwan is an small but dense island.
I live in the capical city: Taipei. It i s a very busy and convenient city. After i came there, I often think of Taipei. I am very proud of the transportation in Taipei. We don't need to look up the bus schedule when we wait for the bus. There are many buses coming every five or ten mintunes. About the shopping mall, you don't need to take time thinging about where to shop. There are more than ten shopping malls in Taipei. It is really convenient for us.

English skill

I have been there for seven months. Now i realized that it is hard to make great progress in English in a short time. Many people have a dream that they can speak fluent English after they studied abroad. It might be ture, but there is no short cut on learning. You need to spend time and practice over and over again. I am trying to learn some slang from movies. But it is a little difficult for me to understand what they are saying.

Love

Love is a very amazing thing, and also an important lesson in our life.
Girls gather together usually can't stop talking about the topic is love.
Like, have a crush on someone or break up with someone .
I simply thinking about :
Which one is better, give or receive love?
Do you believe that love at the first sight?
How important that love take part in our life?
I have a conclution that questions about love have no exactly answer.

I just book the fly ticket to Taiwan. I am so excited about flying back, but i need to spent 13 hours on the plan. I am almost thinking about the first thing that i want to do after arrived at Taiwan. I will spend all the summer time on the food.

Friendship

Friendship are important to me. After i study in there, i can't usually contact my friends who live in Taiwan. Honestly, I am little afraid that i am not close to them than before. We live in the same lifestyle, but now different lifestyle, or different people around us are some of the problems that cause i afraid the friendship with my Taiwanese friends. I can't live without friends. Sometimes, when i chatting with them, i have no ideal about what to talk. I don't like this feeling.

I want a wife

I just read an artical about: I want a wife.
Auther is a female who complain about wife's duties by acting she is a housband. Many men who want a wife for helping him with his life. For instance, take care about their social life, can't complain about wife's duties, and can be replaced. After i read this artical, I have a same idea that i want a wife,too. Some women are so poor that need to take care about everying. Although some of women might consider that taking care about the family is their job, I still wonder about something. Housband is not a member of the family? Wife needs to take care about everything by instinct?

Workaholic

I read an artical about "company man". He is a workaholic and work him to die. He works six days in a week and works untill midnight. He doesn't have a good relationship with his family. Her daughter doesn't even hnow how to talk to him. I don't prefer people being a workaholic. Hardworking is necessarily, but overwork is wasteing your life. You don't have time to enjoy the beautiful things in the life. There are more things in your life is more important than the work.

confession of a shopaholic

last week, my friends and i went to a movie which is called "Confessions of A Shopaholic". A girl named Rebecca Bloomwood , is a sweet and charming girl but with a big problem: she's hopelessly addicted to shopping and owe a hugh of debt. She is working for a financial magazine . Sarcasticly, she is teaching people who to use money, but she is drowning in a sea of debt. But when her excessive shopping and the debt threaten her love life and work, she forced to consider what's really important in life.

a dog in my house

There is a new dog in my home stay. He is called “Benjamin”. The first day he came to the house, he was very nervous. He is an orphan. However, after many days being together with him. He is more optimistic then ever. Every time I go across to him, he happily plays with me. But he is getting wild now. He likes to steal food from us, or even hides our socks. My homepa will say: sent him to the glue factory, when the dog is getting bad.

cell phones

Cell phones are one widely used all around the world. Cell phones bring many advantages to us. For example, It is easy to find somebody where you are, we can send the message immediately, and we can talk anywhere or anytime. Although the cell phones have many virtues, it still has some drawbacks. Such as teenagers always compare the look of the phones, or they will play the games during the class, and phones have many radiation. Therefore, I only think the phones are just a convenient tool to contact someone. It is not necessary to compare or let us not be concentrate in the class.

Every country has their way in education. Take university for example: In Taiwan, public school is better than private school or college. Sometimes, students need to study the textbooks all in English instead of Chinese. Students’ schedule is not as flexible as here. They take not only five courses in every semester. In here, colleges are easy to find than universities. Students only need to read the textbooks in their own language except the international students.

Get to know me

Hello！My name is Jenny. I come from Taiwan where is a small but the population has very dense country. There are five people in my family. My mom and Dad are all business man. Therefore, they know that English is an important language.
I am still wondering what major that I need to take after finished ESL. I want to have my own hotel in the future. However, my parents want me to take over their office. It may be a difficult decision for me to make. I like to play piano. Piano has being an important roll in my life. I like the feel when my fingers slip on the piano, and how magic that I can use my fingers to have a beautiful song. At first, I didn’t want to study abroad so early. But I can’t enter any public university. That’s why my parents send me there. I like the sound of the English, and I want to have a chance to understand every famous novel which in English. This is the reason why I want to learn English. Study abroad is a big challenge for me. I need to learn many things. I can’t count on my parents anymore. It is a good experience for me to grow up.
